Panda-Fog.com is seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. The successful candidate will develop effective supply chain strategies, optimize operational costs, strengthen supplier relationships, and support the company's long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead procurement, purchasing, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.

Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements.

Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock availability, and replenishment.

Optimize supply chain costs, improve operational efficiency, and maximize resource utilization.

Establish supplier evaluation systems and performance measurement standards.

Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Lead and develop procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.

Monitor key performance indicators, including procurement costs, delivery performance, inventory turnover, and supplier reliability.

Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and business development departments.

Evaluate market trends, supplier capabilities, and opportunities for strategic sourcing.

Implement supply chain technologies, ERP systems, and process automation where appropriate.

Prepare budgets, management reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement, sustainability, and operational excellence across the supply chain.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Master's degree or professional qualifications in supply chain management are an advantage.

Extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, sourcing, or operations leadership.

Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies at a managerial or senior leadership level.

Strong expertise in supplier negotiations, contract management, inventory optimization, and cost control.

Experience managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and complex supply chain operations.

Knowledge of international procurement, import/export procedures, customs clearance, and global logistics is preferred.

Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain management software, and data analysis tools.
