Panda-Fog.com is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain coordination. The successful candidate will ensure efficient movement of goods, optimize operational costs, maintain delivery schedules, and support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and operational procedures.

Manage transportation, warehousing, distribution, shipment tracking, and delivery operations.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers.

Plan transportation routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitor inventory movement, warehouse capacity, stock availability, and material handling.

Negotiate contracts, transportation rates, and service agreements with logistics partners.

Manage logistics budgets, operating expenses, and cost-control initiatives.

Ensure accurate shipping documentation, delivery records, invoices, and inventory reports.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery times, transportation costs, and service quality.

Identify operational risks, resolve delivery delays, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable transportation regulations, customs requirements, and health and safety standards.

Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate logistics personnel.

Collaborate with procurement, finance, sales, and operations teams to maintain smooth business processes.

Evaluate logistics service providers and develop long-term strategic partnerships.

Introduce technology, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Prepare regular logistics reports and recommend improvements to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of distribution planning, inventory control, freight management, and logistics operations.

Experience managing logistics budgets, vendors, contracts, and operational teams.

Familiarity with logistics management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and import/export procedures is an advantage.
